Bremen Border FC one of the most famous Nawettan team in Bakau
Kachikally has last Wednesday commenced training ahead of the 2012 Bakau Nawettan
competition which is expected to kick start on the first weekend after the Holy
month of Ramadan.
The last year’s knock out trophy semi-finalist Bremen Border
FC are hopping for first time to wear a silver or a gold medal at the end of
this season for the first time in the team’s history in Bakau Nawetten.
According to Bakary Bojang one of the senior players of
the team said “the team has started
training last Wednesday at Bakau beach side, and we plan to have out trainings
five times a week from Monday to Friday
at 16:00hours”.

BakaryBojang call on his team mates to maintain full
discipline during both trainings and in the nawettan competition full time if
the team real wants to achieve their targeted gold of the year.
In pre training meeting held on Sunday night at the residence
of team president Amadou Saidykhan (B.B Saidykhan), lot of issues that affected
the team in the past years competition were simultaneously addressed by the
team members and officials. The meeting ended with the unanimous turning of a
fresh page by players and officials and forge ahead with the optimistic that
the team will register better record in the competition than ever.
For his part the president of the team Amadou Siadykhan some
of the challenges encountered by the team ranging from paying the annual
registration fees, lack of a sponsorship and other logistic arrangements during the cost of the
championship. He was quick to informed the team members that all those things
are expected to be the thing of the past as proper ways and means are currently
underway to remedy such situation on time and better prepared for the 2012
Bakau Nawettan.
