Darsilami begin campiang with win in SDK Sarahuleh tournament

Darsilami FC entertained Taifa by 4-2 score line on Sunday in the group stage matches of the Soumpou Doo-Khatti (SDK) second edition football tournament currently underway at the Serekunda West mini stadium.

Two goals from striker Muhammed Jaiteh in the two different halvess of the game peceeds Omar Jawara’s double strike to make it four goals for Sandu Darsilami FC. While Papa Jikineh and Ablie Jako cancels two goals defecits for CRR outfilt Taifa FC to end the scorres 4-2 in the regulation time

The aim and objective of the football tournament according to the organiser of the champoinship is to bring togehter all the Sarahuleh youth under one umbrella so as to foster understanding and cooperation among themselves.

Another most important reason for organising the championship is to scourt young talented Sarahuleh players to form a team that will represent the Sarahuleh community in the arenas of Gambian football starting from the third division, second division and finally to the first division.

In the other marches, Demba Kunda Kuramba FC snatch a one nil in the expense of Diabugu Batapa FC, Sabbi FC also win by a similar result against Baniko FC, Alunhareh entertained Gunjur Kuta by two goal to one in the opening game and tov end the weekend result, Julangel FC draw two hull with Madina Samako. All games were played at the Serekunda West mini stadium.
