TEAMS IN BAKAU ACCEPT NEW INTERIM EXECUTIVE

After nearly a half month of impeachment process of the current elected executive headed by Hadda Bangura, on Saturday 14th July 2012 had succeeded in their plans when the executive finally decided to step down and interim body was selected head by Ex-President Bakary Dampha (Paco) in a ceremony held at the Independence Stadium Hostel hull presided over by President of K.M.C Sports Mustapha Kebbeh.

The interim committee is expected to book in the affairs of Bakau Zonal Sports Committee for a period of one year which ends on the 14th July 2013 for the zone to go to congress.

Hadda Bungura the outgoing president said their intentions before coming to the meeting was to declare their resignation and he also express his disappointment with the allegation made by incoming executive accusing to them of mismanagement of fund which was not true.

According to the decision agreed between the two parties, the final handing over of financial and written reports of the outgoing committee is expected to done on or before the 14th September 2012, while the handing over of materials is expected to be completed  before next Saturday.
